  2. Binance.US is trash. Hopefully feds get involved soon, because it’s ridiculous and they shouldn’t be allowed to operate like this.

  3. Hello, i made a ticket #542879 because i sent bnb from binance smart wallet to binace.us (erc20) I guess I wasn't supposed to send erc20, but it was the only address that worked! I was told binance can recover since it was sent to my address there and I'm happy to pay any recovery fee. The ticket was made 03/17 , got an automated response 03/25, responded back that i still needed recovery and haven't heard anything back.. Can I get some help with this?

  4. Support does exist. It requires patience, however. When dealing with fiat purchases or sales, there can be delays.

  6. This is an automated message to weed out tickets where customer issues have been automatically resolved (e.g. impatience led to a ticket being opened). All you have to do is..you know, respond to the message, as it tells you to do.

  8. I’ve been using coinstats, able to link KuCoin with api. It shows portfolio with open positions, profit/lose, etc. I would much prefer to see on KuCoin. So this is my recommendation hopefully useful. On the trading page, bottom left tabs with orders, add a positions tab. Include all open positions, with token amount, current price, avg entry price, p/l %. And then I would add the same info to the asset/account overviews.
